Privacy Policy

JayRose Enrichment is a Las Vegas, Nevada nonprofit organization. This policy explains what information we collect through jayrosecenter.org, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we can and we do not sell information about you to anyone.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you use our contact form, enroll a student, register for an event, volunteer, or make a donation, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you choose to tell us in a message.
- Program information. If you or your student participate in a program, we keep records needed to run that program — enrollment details, attendance, and progress notes. Program records are kept separately from the website and are shared only as described below.
- Basic technical information. Our hosting provider records standard web-server information such as the pages requested and the approximate region of the visitor. We use this only to keep the site working.
How we use it
- To respond to your message and follow up on what you asked about.
- To enroll participants, run programs and events, and coordinate volunteers.
- To send program updates, event invitations, and organizational news if you have asked to receive them.
- To report totals and outcomes to funders. Reporting uses aggregate numbers, not identifying details, unless you have given written permission.
Children and youth
We serve minors. A parent or legal guardian must enroll a participant under 18, and we ask for written consent before a young person's photograph, name, or story is used in any public material. A parent or guardian may withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us; we will stop using the material going forward and remove it from materials we control.
Donations
Donations are processed by a third-party payment processor. JayRose Enrichment does not receive, store, or have access to your full card or bank account numbers. We keep the record of your gift for receipting, acknowledgment, and required financial reporting.
Who we share information with
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share it only in these situations:
- Warm referrals you agree to. If we connect you to a partner organization, we share only what is needed and only with your consent.
- Service providers. Vendors who host our site, send our email, or process donations, limited to what they need to provide that service.
- When the law requires it. Including mandated reporting obligations regarding the safety of a child.
How long we keep it
Contact-form messages are retained while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Program, donation, and grant records are kept as long as required by funders, auditors, and applicable law, and are then destroyed securely.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from any email we send using the link in that message.
- Ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.
- Withdraw photo or story consent at any time.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection. Access to participant and donor records is limited to staff and volunteers who need it for their role. No system is perfect, and we will notify affected people promptly if we learn of a breach involving their information.
Changes to this policy
If we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
