These terms apply to your use of jayrosecenter.org, operated by JayRose Enrichment, a Nevada nonprofit organization. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this site is for

This site provides information about our programs, events, and ways to support the organization. You may read, print, and share our pages for personal or noncommercial community use, with attribution to JayRose Enrichment.

What this site is not

Information on this site is general and educational. It is not professional advice, and using this site does not create a professional relationship. Specifically:

  • Our wellness programming is educational and supportive, not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. If you are in crisis, contact a licensed professional or emergency services.
  • Our financial programming is financial education. We do not provide individualized investment, tax, insurance, legal, or credit-repair advice, we do not sell financial products, and we do not receive commissions. Personal recommendations are referred to licensed professionals of your choosing.
  • Our career and family programming provides guidance and referrals; it does not guarantee employment, admission, benefits, or any particular outcome.

Program enrollment

Enrollment in any JayRose program is subject to eligibility, capacity, and the program's own registration terms, which may include waivers, consent forms, and a code of conduct. Enrollment may be declined or ended where conduct affects the safety of participants, staff, or volunteers.

Donations

Donations support the charitable purposes described on this site. Unless a gift is designated in writing and accepted as restricted, donations are used where the need is greatest. Donations are generally tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law; consult your tax advisor. Donations are processed by a third-party processor subject to its own terms. Contact us promptly about a mistaken or duplicate gift and we will work with you in good faith.

Content and trademarks

Text, graphics, layout, the JayRose Enrichment name, logo, rose mark, and the phrase "Inspire, Empower, Excel, Thrive" belong to JayRose Enrichment or are used with permission. Do not use them to imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without our written consent. Program curricula and workbooks, including Louder Than Doubt, are provided to enrolled participants and may not be reproduced, resold, or redistributed without permission.

Links to other sites

We link to partners, funders, and resources we think are useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the linked site.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the site unlawfully, or to harass, threaten, impersonate, or defame anyone.
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, data, or accounts.
  • Do not scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of this site for commercial purposes.
  • Do not submit false information through our forms or misrepresent your affiliation.

Availability and accuracy

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
